Seniors
I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist with bachelor's degrees in Long-Term Care Administration and Nursing. My more than 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry; including in settings such as Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Home Health Care, Acute Care, and Clinic Services leaves me uniquely qualified to assist with real estate transactions for Lincoln's aging population and their families. I've combined my passion for real estate and extensive experience as a Registered Nurse to guide clients through the process of selling their home. For older adults selling a home is more than putting a sign in the yard. I assist in connecting clients with the necessary vendors to meet their needs. This may include packing, moving, cleaning, repair, and estate sale services. It also may include addressing the clients' care needs and ensuring their next home fulfills their physical, social, and emotional wellbeing. Whether it's a planned move or occurs suddenly due to a client's needs not being met within their own home I'm prepared to help you through each step of the process.

Services
As an ElderLife Financial Services referral agent, I specialize in assisting individuals whose emotional, social or physical needs are no longer being met within their own home. Often much of a homeowner's life savings are tied up within the equity of their home. By utilizing a bridge loan through ElderLife, the homeowner is provided with the funds necessary to move to independent, assisted living or long-term care prior to listing their home for sale. While ElderLife provides the funding for the move, I work alongside the client to prepare their home to be sold.
